Parents and Caregivers Monthly Support
For parents and caregivers of children (youth or adult) who are coming out or living out. Share this space with others who are on the same journey.
2nd Wednesday of each month 6-8:30pm
pflag Jr and Sr Youth Groups
Youth ages 7-13, and 14-17 are welcome to join in with other 2SLGBTQIA+ youth to have fun, chat, and just be kids.
2nd Wednesday of each month 6-8:30pm
Queerdos
pflag Queerdos is for members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community who are 18+. This peer led support group is for anyone coming out or living out. Part support, part social, all the pflag love.
3rd Wednesday of each month 6-8:30pm
Trans London ON
Join us each month for social activities, snacks and fun. All ages, youth under 14 need adult accompaniment. This truly is an all ages group with attendees in their 80's to youth in single digits. Allies are welcome!

4th Wednesday of each month 6-8:30pm
Trans Collective (Virtual Group)
Join us virtually each month for support and friendship. This group is trans exclusive, and 18+. Occasionally feelings and language may be a little spicy - definitely not for younger ears.

pflag Partners (Virtual Group)
pflag partners is a support group for anyone who has had a romantic partner come out during their (current) relationship. We offer a safe place to land and explore YOUR feelings around your partners new gender or sexuality.

Queer Food Bank (QFB)
